AR Lens for Discovery / SpaceX

This lens was created to promote and celebrate SpaceX's launch to the International Space Station in May 2020. Using an accurate 3D model of the helmet worn by the NASA astronauts in the mission, the effect lets users join in on the excitement of the launch. Katy Perry, the host of the Discovery special, used the effect and shared it with her fans.
The effect helped “Space Launch Live” achieve the #1 non-prime telecast in the history of Discovery Channel with 4.7 million viewers, and the effect was the network’s #1 most engaged-with AR filter in network history.
